Zuri Gardens


We’re teaming up with Cole Klein Builders and The City of Houston to launch one of the largest 3D-printed housing developments in our hometown! And get this—it’s not just big, it’s truly affordable. We’re talking 80 homes, sized between 1,000-1,300 sq. ft., with prices starting in the low $200s—a price point that’s practically unheard of for new construction in Houston these days. Site work is already underway!

THE LUMEN VILLAS


Hive is currently printing nine 1700-1900 Sq. Ft homes in Marfa, Texas.  These homes will be sold at a significant discount to other new construction in the area to address the area’s shortage of quality housing at a reasonable price.

The Delilah At Independence Trail


Located just a few miles outside of Brenham, this stunning single-family home stands as one of the largest of its kind in the world! This house was Hive3D's first full project and features several innovations never attempted before in a 3d-printed house, including parametric wall designs, foamcrete wall insulation, and pigmented concrete layers.

The Casitas at The Halles​​​​​​​


Tucked in close behind The Halles, with easy access to the various shops and attractions at festival time, this cozy collection of tiny homes (casitas) will feature studio, single-bedroom, and two-bedroom models, ranging from 400-900 sq ft. Finish work is currently underway, so if you're in town for one of Round Top's famous festivals, feel free to drop in and watch us build !

Red Rock, Texas - The ECO House

​​​​​​​
This special 3150 square foot home sits on two acres just outside of Austin, Texas.  The first 3d printed house built to passive house energy standards, it contains lots of unique features such as parametric accent walls and printed in place bathroom and kitchen fixtures.  This will be another one of a kid work of art from our team at Hive.
