Located just a few miles outside of Brenham, this stunning single-family home stands as one of the largest of its kind in the world! This house was Hive3D's first full project and features several innovations never attempted before in a 3d-printed house, including parametric wall designs, foamcrete wall insulation, and pigmented concrete layers. Fun fact: this amazing house was printed with a rotating team of only 4 people! With printing completed, roofing and electrical work are now underway, with an anticipated finish out in mid 2023. Check out our gallery for pics and video of this project and drop us a line to let us know what you think!
The tiny Texas town of Round Top draws tens of thousands of eager tourists and shoppers year-round with its regular festivals and antique shows. One of the most popular destinations for shoppers and show-goers is The Halles, a multi-vendor retail venue that offers food and drink, music, shopping, and lodging slips for out-of-town visitors. Tucked in close behind The Halles, with easy access to the various shops and attractions at festival time, this cozy collection of tiny homes (casitas) will feature studio, single-bedroom, and two-bedroom models, ranging from 400-900 sq ft. Finish work is currently underway, so if you're in town for one of Round Top's famous festivals, feel free to drop in and watch us build !
2024 will be a big year for us. In January, will be printing a beautiful 2900 square foot eco friendly home in Red Rock Texas, about 40 minutes south of Austin. This home will be one of the models we will be printing in our 20 house development in New Braunfels, Texas that we will start in April. That development will feature 1800 to 2900 square foot homes. Both the Red Rock and New Braunfells homes will be on sale at significantly below market prices in 2024. Please contact us if you are looking for a home in those areas. In late 2024, we will be printing ten affordable homes in Marfa, Texas. Mixed in with these projects will be several custom homes throughout Texas. If you have a custom home you want printed, or an idea for a development, please contact us. While we do have a long waitlist at this point, we are scaling quickly and can work in projects that are a particularly good fit for our business.
